How I teach...I teach alignment based Hatha Yoga Slow Flow, blending together flowing movements and longer-held poses that build strength and stamina while improving stability and flexibility. I like to teach in a hands-on personal non-dogmatic way and I share information on anatomy and benefits of poses for the physical and subtle energetic body that encourages students to challenge themselves whilst remaining compassionate and honouring their own bodies and acting with kindness to themselves.

What students say..."Ling brings a 'juicy' combination of complete calm, quiet confidence, real commitment to restoration and an innate warmth to her yoga sessions. Her teaching is complimented by her fascinating insights into the anatomy which at times when the body can resist, the mind sure persists (!), given Ling's ability to explain the benefit of every posture and flow. I've been to various yoga classes in London and Ling's yoga has that extra 'something something.' ~ Fiona Anderson.
